'OUR' CONTRACT

1) Breeder acknowledges that the puppy is in good health and is physically sound at the time of sale.

2) Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after sale at buyers expense.I f Should a problem be identified, the breeder shall be informed immediately and a written statement by your veterinarian. No refunds. Read no. 5.

3) A set of care instructions is provided with this contract including, a record of all vaccinations and worming given.

4) If the puppy is not picked up at our home, it will be shipped via the most direct route to the buyer, at buyers expense. I do not ship in July and August due to extreme heat.

5) Should the puppy get sick before 48 hours arise, a replacement puppy will be given when one is available with proof from 2 vets of problem at buyer’s expense. At this time the dog will come back to breeder.Absolutely no monetary refunds. I will not replace pup if it is just worms or parasites of any kind.

6) The breeder cannot guarantee that the dog will not contract hip dysplasia, Mange (Red Mange, Demodex Mange any type of mite mange) Hip dysplasia, Mange is a multifactorial genetic disease that can be transmitted in a recessive manner, therefore the breeder cannot guarantee against it. The breeder is not a geneticist and cannot predict genetic problems.Because I am so careful about strange dogs coming in contact with my dogs. My dogs have regular Parvo vaccinations and are not around any other dogs.The only way they can contract Parvo is from a Bird that may fly over and drop something in their pen that is contaminated with Parvo. Therefore, I do not guarantee against Parvo. Absolutely no Vet Bills or refunds will be paid by the Seller of Said Pup.

7) The buyer agrees to give proper and loving care to the puppy.

8) The buyer agrees to maintain the dog in a healthy state. This includes all vaccinations, heart worm preventative and worming, along with proper nutrition.

If you have read this thoroughly and agree, a $350.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the puppy. If for any reason the breeder should change his or her mind the $350.00 deposit will not be returned.

I have read this agreement carefully and understand that it is a legally binding agreement.
